The nationwide development tour continued, highlighting progress in roads, agriculture and other key sectors.
On Friday, religious and community leaders from Gunjur met President Barrow and thanked him for contributing D35 million towards completing the town’s new central mosque, which will be inaugurated this Friday, August 21.
The NPP-led Alliance also continues to gain momentum following Mama Kandeh and the GDC’s decision to join forces with President Barrow ahead of December 5.
And on Sunday, President Barrow left for Libreville, Gabon, to participate in the country’s 66th Independence Anniversary celebrations.
