Attention now turns to Gunjur, where President Adama Barrow will tomorrow inaugurate the newly completed 4.5-kilometre Gunjur Beach Road. The concrete road links the main highway to the seaside and improves access to the fishing area and other important community facilities.
A large community turnout is expected for Saturday’s inauguration and rally.
For many Gambians, development is most meaningful when they can see and experience it in their own communities.
Tomorrow, Gunjur celebrates a road that will serve its people for years to come.
