WAREF ENDORSES PRESIDENT BARROW AS PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATIONS GET UNDERWAY

The endorsement marks another development in the political activities surrounding the December 5 presidential election.
Meanwhile, presidential nominations have begun at the Independent Electoral Commission, with President Barrow scheduled to submit his nomination papers on November 10.
The IEC has also announced that 1,146,474 Gambians are registered to vote, while replacement of lost or damaged voters’ cards continues until November 15.
With 31 days remaining, political activities and preparations for the election are intensifying nationwide.
