President Barrow's Continued Community Engagements

October 23, 2026

President Adama Barrow continues his engagements with communities following the conclusion of his 19-day Meet the People Tour.

The President's recent programme has demonstrated his commitment to maintaining direct contact with Gambians, listening to their concerns and engaging with local leaders.

These engagements come as the country prepares for the December 5 presidential election, with just 43 days remaining.

The next major engagement is scheduled for today, with the inauguration of the Basse Manneh Kunda–Demba Kunda–Numuyel road in the Upper River Region. Tomorrow, attention shifts to the Kiang Kabada road in the Lower River Region.
