October 26, 2026
First Lady Fatoumatta Bah-Barrow and Sarjo Mballow-Barrow also attracted impressive turnouts at separate political gatherings, as the NPP-led alliance continued its nationwide mobilisation ahead of the December 5 presidential election.
The weekend’s activities demonstrated the scale of grassroots political engagement across the country.
Sunday, however, brought sad news with the passing of prominent APRC figure Bakary M.A. Jaiteh, popularly known as General Bakso.
Barrow 2026 extends heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and the APRC community.
May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
